Housing and Urban Development Lab. 

The research in the housing and urban development lab aims to construct equitable and resilient cities by analyzing housing and urban development issues and suggesting policy alternatives to solve the problems based on the urban planning and economy theories. Research areas include housing policy, housing market analysis, affordable housing, neighborhood change, urban regeneration, and social vulnerability, as well as international development.
